Mantra Chanting or Kirtan is a practice of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Devotion.

The word "mantra" is derived from Sanskrit, where "man" means mind and "tra" means to liberate or free. A mantra is often described as a tool for liberating the mind from its constant fluctuations and distractions, aiming to attain a state of focus, peace, and spiritual connectedness. Each mantra has a unique purpose and intention. Some mantras are intended for healing, others for invoking positive energies, and some for deepening one's spiritual connection.

In the Mantra Chanting Circles will be chanting mantra in a call and response manner together with the community. Feel the power & the vibration of your own voice and dive into this heart opening experience - inviting you to surrender to the sound.

You will be guided through Kirtan with compassion, allowing you to immerse within a ‘sea of sound’ of other voices.
