Open Classes
Michelle’s open classes include a dynamic asana practice - asanas are held for several breaths, giving you time to find your individual shape. She encourages you to explore leaving your comfort zone but also leaves you feeling grounded & relaxed, aiming to increase your inner balance and strenght - on & off the mat.
Also the classes always include chanting an opening mantra while playing along on the harmonium. Michelle’s classes include a pinch of humor and are structured in alignment with the Jivamukti Yoga method incorporating all 5 tenant of Jivamukti Yoga:

With individual Private Yoga Classes you will be guided through the class with precision and tailored to your goals & needs. Hands-on-Assits will provide individual support to move safely through the practice. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, private sessions can enhance your yoga practice and overall well-being.
Private Yoga Classes are available online or in person (at your home or in a studio).
