Immerse yourself in a day of yoga practice, mantra chanting, delicious vegan lunch, a peaceful walk around the lake, and yoga nidra meditation.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or newer to the practice, this day retreat is designed for an intimate group and offers something for everyone.

About the event
We will begin with an opening circle followed by a blissful Jivamukti Yoga session - a holistic blend of dynamic asana, hands-on-assists, pranayama and meditation.
After class, we’ll fuel our bodies with a delicious & nourishing vegan lunch, followed by a walk around Weißer See. Let’s breathe in the fresh November air, embrace the surroundings, and connect with the world around us.
In the afternoon we will be chanting mantra together and experience the profound power of chanting as we come together in a circle of unity and resonance. The mantra chanting will be followed by a relaxing Yoga Nidra session guiding you towards inner harmony and balance.
This intimate retreat is designed for a small group of like-minded people seeking to deepen their yoga practice or who just want to take some time off from day to day hustling - wanting to connect with nature and enjoying good vegan food.
Michelle will guide you through the day in English or German (depending on the participants).
Whether you are an experienced yogi or newer to the practice, this day retreat offers something for everyone.
